Chris and Katharina were married last Saturday, May 5th in an absolutely beautiful ceremony at the Michigan Union. Just a little sneak peek of whats to come!!!
Ahhhhh a spring wedding! Flowering blossom trees, cool crisp air, people coming out of our deep dark Michigan winters…amazing!! I was so happy to be part of Tony & Carrie’s Spring wedding. A little bit of rain couldn’t get in the way of Carrie & Tony’s amazing day…they were totally up for grabbing the umbrella and heading outside into the flowers for their first look. After their beautiful ceremony at St. Francis Cabrini Church we headed to downtown Detroit for some chic urban portraits! The reception at was super fun and even included a show from Tony’s 80′s cover band…any anyone that knows me knows that I was holding back from jumping in the middle of the dance floor and dancing to Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing”. I spared the crowd from viewing that mess:) A romantic, intimate wedding day from start to finish. Congrats Tony & Carrie!
Alright blog….get ready for some beautiful people…you may need sunglasses…they are gorgeous:) I was so excited to meet up with Cal & Sarah at the most adorable Parementer’s Cider Mill in Northville. They are about as cute as you get and ready to love and cuddle for their esession (which is absolutely wonderful for me!). Sarah’s smile was so bright the entire session and you could just tell that Cal can’t get enough of her. So looking forward to your 2012 wedding!!

Heres a big shout out to my favorite session prop…the sun! As we prepare for a Michigan fall and soon winter I was so happy to capture this image tonight….with the sun peaking through:)
Phew…what a beautiful, crazy summer of love it has been! I’ve been busy shooting weddings and tons/tons/more tons of smoking boudoirs. I have been having such an amazing time getting to know my couples and photographing beautiful weddings that I neglected my little baby….my blog. I am the worst blogger!! But I can’t keep all of this goodness to myself so I’ve picked a few of my favorite from each wedding or shoot to give you guys just a taste of what is to come.
